a) Information on consumer dispute resolution under Sec. 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz; VSBG)
Consumer arbitration board for telecommunications of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn
To settle a dispute with irisnet GmbH about the cases mentioned in Sec. 47a of the German Telecommunications Act (Telekomunikationsgesetz; TKG), the customer is free to initiate a dispute resolution procedure at the consumer dispute resolution office for telecommunications of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn (consumer dispute resolution office) via an application. The participation in this is voluntary for irisnet GmbH.
